Therapist Michael van Gils has agreed with physician An van Veen that she will deputize for him in case of prolonged illness or death.
In case of long-term illness, the client files are transferred to the substitute after the client's consent.
In case of death, the substitute takes over the client files. The latter keeps the files for 20 years, as required by the WGBO / AVG and as described in the processing agreement.
